当社は創業以来蹄鉄および蹄鉄用釘を主な製品として製造し、米国やカナダを主要な市場として販売してきましたが、蹄鉄は生産設備の老朽化と社員の高齢化により平成21年に製造を終了しました。また、蹄鉄用釘は平成18年以降の急激な円安の進行による採算の悪化に加え、平成23年3月におきた東日本大震災により鋼材メーカーが被災し、更に鋼材の二次加工会社が被災により廃業したため製造の停止を余儀なくされました。その後、令和5年4月に株式会社角繁に全株式を譲渡し関連会社となりました。

We manufacture horseshoes and horseshoe nails as the main product,we have been mainly sold to the United States and Canada.However, we are unable to continue manufacturing horseshoes due to aging of production facilities and aging of employees, and in 2009 we finished manufacturing horseshoes.
For horseshoe nails,the profitability of the company worsened due to the weakening "yen" since 2006.
In addition, due to the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in March 2010, our steel manufacturers were affected by the disaster, so we could not get the steel products, and we stopped manufacturing nails.And, we have abandoned the production of nails in February 2012.
